essential oil with water in a diffuser or spray bottle, or by mixing with carrier oil and anointing students (with permission) —the forehead or one of the chakras are good for anointing. Undiluted oils on the skin can cause an allergic reaction. It’s also a good idea to check with class member before using oils, as some may be sensitive to fragrances.
