I was skeptical that this would actually work to remove the bruises I had. My skin is paper thin and working outside in my garden was breaking open spots on my arms that were both painful and ugly. I needed to use adhesive strips for several weeks to to try to heal the open wounds. Using the Helichrysum roll-on has markedly healed and removing the bruises. It is a wonderful oil! I recently cut my middle finger at the first joint nearly to the bone. I immediately applied a lot of Helichrysum which stopped the bleeding almost immediately. It probably should have have a stich or two but I just kept applying both Helichrysum and Frankincense and and tight bandaid.
