I have not used help Ryan with my previous brand of essential oils because of the cost so I was a little skeptical of the effectiveness when I saw how affordable the Vitality bottle was. First, the dropper makes use so much easier. I have been applying to my legs which have pretty bad rope like varicose veins and spider veins below my ankles. I have noticed an improvement in the spider veins for sure and the varicose veins seem to be lessening in the bruise like discoloration in the leg along the varicosity. I was devastated when I somehow tipped over my first bottle and spilled 3/4th of it, but thankfully I had bought 2! I will continue to apply nightly in hopes of further improvement before summer! I was skeptical that this would actually work to remove the bruises I had. My skin is paper thin and working outside in my garden was breaking open spots on my arms that were both painful and ugly. I needed to use adhesive strips for several weeks to to try to heal the open wounds. Using the Helichrysum roll-on has markedly healed and removing the bruises. It is a wonderful oil! I recently cut my middle finger at the first joint nearly to the bone. I immediately applied a lot of Helichrysum which stopped the bleeding almost immediately. It probably should have have a stich or two but I just kept applying both Helichrysum and Frankincense and and tight bandaid.
