The last year I have been tapering my meds down and that's letting a lot more of the pain come through. I didn't really think that an oil could actually cut the pain but I gave it the benefit of the doubt and I am really really glad I did because it is unbelievable how well the aches and pains works. After years of pain from broken ankle repair with plates and pins arnica was my go to but then I tried aches and pains. Very thankful as it is now a morning routine. I can walk without pain and go to workout with confidence that I will not experience pain. I am happy to say that after my skeptical husband observed my success he was willing to try it on his back.
