How To Use For Respiratory Relief
Use a few drops in a diffuser to disperse the aroma and support easier breathing.
Add 3–5 drops to a bowl of hot water, cover your head with a towel, and inhale the steam.
Dilute 1–2 drops with a carrier oil and massage onto your chest and throat for lasting effects.
Dilution Recommendations
Start by diluting the oil with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or jojoba oil. This helps ensure safe and proper application. A typical dilution ratio is 2-3%. If you are using a roll-on or spray bottle, you do not need to dilute them.
1 tsp of Carrier Oil ~ 1-2 drops of Essential Oil
This dilution ratio strikes a balance between ensuring safety and maximizing the benefits of the essential oil. Increase or decrease based on preference/sensitivity.

I've been using Breathe Easy for a month. I have Asthma and COPD and live in a nursing home. I've told many residents here that when I apply Breathe Easy to the rims of and underneath my nostrils before bedtime, and also on my chest, when I wake up I don't have to yank out the dried boogers from my nose which is very, very painful. I also love the smell of the peppermint and other oils in the blend. This stuff is phenomenal and I tell everyone I know about it.
