After years of pain from broken ankle repair with plates and pins arnica was my go to but then I tried aches and pains. Very thankful as it is now a morning routine. I can walk without pain and go to workout with confidence that I will not experience pain. I am happy to say that after my skeptical husband observed my success he was willing to try it on his back.
