How To Use Frankincense (30mL)
1. How To Use Frankincense Oil For Pain Relief
Start by diluting Frankincense oil with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or jojoba oil. This helps ensure safe and proper application. A typical dilution ratio for Frankincense oil is 2-3%.
1 oz of Carrier ~ 12-18 drops of Frankincense
This dilution ratio strikes a balance between ensuring safety and maximizing the benefits of the essential oil.
Gently massage the diluted Frankincense oil onto the affected area. Focus on the joints or muscles where you experience pain or inflammation. Use circular motions to promote absorption.
2. How To Use Frankincense Oil For Anti-Aging

Facial Serum: Create a DIY facial serum by combining a few drops of Frankincense oil with a carrier oil like argan oil or rosehip seed oil. Apply this mixture to your face and neck after cleansing, gently massaging it into your skin.

Anti-Aging Moisturizer: Add a few drops of Frankincense oil to your favorite moisturizer to enhance its anti-aging effects. Apply the moisturizer as usual, paying special attention to areas prone to wrinkles and fine lines.

Frankincense blended with jojoba oil (75% frank/25% jojoba). Totally healed my dry cracked skin on my feet in 4 weeks using daily at bedtime (wear cotton socks to keep the oil on your feet), and helps me to relax and fall asleep. Also, I suffer with insomnia, chronic low back pain (sacrol/facet joints), osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. I apply 3xd to my low back, knees, shoulders, elbows and hands for temporary relief (same blended formula as for my feet). The scent of frank is similar to anise. Once my blend is applied, the jojoba absorbs quickly (best carrier oil in my opinion), and it doesn’t stain my clothing. Both products from VE are great! I’ve ordered numerous roll-on’s too in frank and many other VE scents (roll on’s already have a carrier oil blended with the essential oils). I use frank and other VE blend options in my diffusers, too. Definitely take advantage of the BOGO sales and the $$ discounts when ordering your VE products…savings! It normally takes up to 2 weeks to get my order, so I plan ahead when at 50% reserve. I had such good results and my family noticed it. So, I got them hooked on VE products too. We’re all soooooo DONE with prescription drugs and otc’s that either don’t work (costly, too) or give us bad side effects. Holistic is the way to go! No problems at all with VE products.
