I was already familiar with most of this bundle's five products and have loved them for a long time. One of the oils, however, was completely new to me: "Aches & Pains". I have had aches and pains in both of my knees for nearly a year. I live in a house with steep stairways and need to walk up and down these stairs daily with knee pain. I have been applying this new oil to my right knee, many times a day, for the past week to test it. After I apply the oil, I put my hand on my knee to send the energy from my hand into my knee. After a few days of doing this, my knee felt a little better. Today, walking down the stairs, I felt no pain in my right knee and am starting the same treatment for my left knee!
