How To Use
Aromatic
Use three to four drops in a diffuser or diffuser jewelry of your choice.
Dilution Recommendations
Start by diluting the oil with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or jojoba oil. This helps ensure safe and proper application. A typical dilution ratio is 2-3%. If you are using a roll-on or spray bottle, you do not need to dilute them.
1 tsp of Carrier Oil ~ 1-2 drops of Essential Oil
This dilution ratio strikes a balance between ensuring safety and maximizing the benefits of the essential oil. Increase or decrease based on preference/sensitivity.
Topical
Apply to pressure points on the body, such as the temples, bottoms of the feet, insides of the wrist. Or really anywhere that feels good to you!

I love it. For approximately 4 years I've been plagued with a salty taste resulting in a constant sore tongue and mouth. After numerous appointments with various specialists, blood tests, no one could diagnose this problem. My PCP and I finally decided that it was caused by stress. After years if being on anti anxiety medication, I took myself off of it as it was not helping. I ordered a bracelet and the stress ease oil and began using it. It was like overnight. The salty taste is 98% gone and my mouth is beginning to feel normal. I'm astounded and so excited to be finally feeling so much better!
